Do your computers have any type of warranty?
Yes. All of our computers come standard with a 3-year limited warranty.
HELP! I have a virus! What do I do?
First thing to do is relax...We pre-install anti-virus software with your new system. 99% of the time, the anti-virus program will catch it. If
your system has been corrupted because of a virus, we will make an on-site visit 1 time, free of charge and repair the problem. After that,
each additional problem is $75.00 per hour (1 hour minimum).
Do you ship your computers to my house or place of business?
We only ship computers to you, if you are not in the State of Michigan. We make all deliveries and do in-house setup so you don't have to
worry about not doing something right. By doing things this way, we are assured that the system is performing at 100% when we leave. We
will give you a quick tour of your new system and be on our way.
